Please contact us before returning any merchandise for any reason. We will refuse and return any item that is shipped back without prior approval. We will accept MOST items for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of which you received them. Some items can not be accepted for refund, and are mentioned below. Some items will be subject to a restocking and/or handling charge, and the charge will be based upon that which will be charged back to us from our vendor. If we accept your item for return, we are unable to refund any freight costs (unless we made an error).
Any item accepted by us for return must be in original clean and resalable condition, and contain the original packaging and intact UPC codes.
Items that have been used, altered, scratched, disassembled, or otherwise made non-resalable may not be accepted for return or exchange. If an item was specially ordered by us, or ordered custom-made, or imprinted, it can not be returned.
Certain other items may not available for return. If you have questions or concerns, or feel that there is a strong chance that you might will need to return your item(s) after receiving them, please contact our customer service department BEFORE placing your order. We will be happy to give you more specific information about the return policy as it relates to your order.
If we make an error with your order, we will most certainly do whatever is necessary to correct the problem. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases, and happy with us as a supplier, but we must enforce these policies in an effort to keep costs down and prices reasonable.
